As I had mentioned, I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana best known for it's famous Indianapolis 500 Mile Race. My sister, DeDe, was the first to leave when she left for
college at Purdue University. She would go on to receive a degree in Special Education. She then changed tracks and went to law school at George Washington University in Washington, DC Our family has a history of lawyers. My Great Grandfather, Grandfather and
Uncle were all lawyers and they each attended Harvard Law School. I was the next to leave when I went away to Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. As you already know, I'm living in Evansville, Indiana.
My sister, however moved to Atlanta, Georgia afte r getting her law degree. She is now
practicing law in Atlanta and has also received her Doctorate in Law from Emory University. She is married to Phillip Clark who is a home builder in Atlanta. Dede and Philip have two children, Beau and Grey. DeDe has a 21 year old son (pictured on the far left above) Eric Salo, who is a Junior at
Davidson College in North Carolina. My mother and father moved to Atlanta in 1979 to get away from all the cold weather. My father passed away in 1986. My
mother lives in Atlanta with my sister and is still very active in her church group and has absolutely no fear in jumping on the Atlanta freeways in her car! The picture on this page were taken in June 1999
during a visit in Atlanta. |
